Shipping & Returns

Free shipping over $25.00 +
We offer free shipping within Canada on qualified orders over $25.00 before taxes. Some restrictions apply to certain locations. For most orders with a subtotal below $24.99, a flat rate of $7.95 will be added for Standard shipping.

Processing Time
Once your order is processed, you will be notified via email and we will send you a tracking number. You will also be able to view your order and tracking number by logging into your WellnessFirstShop account.

All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked up, packed, and prepare for shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you have ordered.

Canada Post will deliver your package using Standard shipping methods. Depending on shipping address, Standard shipping will arrive within 4-8 business days.

Express shipping is a premium service available for an additional $4.95, to orders shipping in Canada (excluding remote & airstage locations) that is provided by our shipping partners. After leaving the warehouse, our shipping partners will prioritize your package and work to deliver it as quickly as possible.

Please note that whether you choose Standard Shipping or Express Shipping, your order will be subject to 1-3 business days of processing time in our warehouse before it ships for delivery. Shipping time is calculated based on business days only; we so not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Northern regions, and remote areas (locations far removed from major urban centres or receives infrequent service) are ineligible for free economy shipping. All remote areas are listed here. *

*Delivery estimates are approximate and based on multiple factors, the shipping method you select, the shipping destination, the destination address, item availability, processing time in our warehouse, the shipping method.

US Orders
US orders below $89 CAD are subject to a $24.99 shipping fee. Orders of $89 CAD or more will see shipping fees confirmed during checkout, based on cart contents and delivery address.

Cancellations
Order cancellation is time-sensitive, should the need to cancel your order arise, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible to help facilitate your request. Please note that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it. Should this be the case, we can help facilitate a return upon delivery (excluding final sale items, please see below).

Returns*
Your purchase experience is important to us, which is why returns are always free. Item(s) are available for return once they have shipped. We accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of delivery. Items that are beyond 30 days from that date will no longer be available for return. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/final sales are not within our return guidelines. We are currently unable to accept returns from US locations.

We cannot accept any returns from products in the following categories:

  • Sun Care products
  • Probiotic products
  • Current Specials, Clearance products
  • Special order products
  • All Food & Snacks (incl. pantry items, beverages, candy)
  • Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled, or modified
  • Any items marked as non-refundable on the product page.

If you would like to make a return request, please email info@wellnessfirstshop.com with your order number (as quoted in the subject line of your “Order Update” emails), the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. One of our Customer Care team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps. Our returns take up to 10-14 business days to process after we receive the package. Please note that it may take additional time to post your account depending on your bank or financial institution. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. 
NOTE: Your bank may need extra time to process a refund.

WellnessFirst Shop reserves the right to change this Return Policy at any time.

*Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number shown on the packaging.

Defective Products
Defective products can be returned within 15 days from the arrival date. The decision to give credit or reship replacement item is at our discretion.
